The Dubai Police Academy expansion at Al Rowaiyah is a premier civic and security education infrastructure project in Dubai. Rayan Group was contracted in association with Top Rock Contracting to deliver comprehensive civil framing, heavy partition engineering, connecting sky-bridge structures, and high-durability architectural fit-outs across the academy campus.

The development comprises multi-tier briefing halls, tactical observation decks, physical fitness complexes, and smart lecture theaters. Rayan Group utilized fire-rated gypsum assemblies, specialized anti-crack screeds, slotted acoustic wall paneling, and heavy-duty utility routing to ensure maximum operational durability and safety compliance.
