Arab Bank Commercial Branch — Abu Dhabi

Rayan Engineering and Contracting LLC - SPC was awarded the comprehensive commercial interior fit-out and architectural refurbishment for the Arab Bank branch in Abu Dhabi, under direct subcontract agreements with Luminar Engineering Group (POs 011, 012, and 013).

The scope spanned complete interior architectural transformations, beginning with precision floor leveling using polymer-modified self-leveling compounds across 124 sq.m. High-traffic client waiting zones were fitted with elegant parquet timber flooring, while four executive private wealth consultation suites received acoustic contract carpeting designed for acoustic absorption and corporate privacy.

The ceiling and wall assemblies feature 600x600mm lay-in aluminum ceiling tiles, precision gypsum bulkheads, aluminum F-angle edge trims, and concealed curtain boxes with integrated warm LED light channels. All wall surfaces received multi-stage surface preparation, two coats of Sticko putty, one coat primer, and two coats of premium Jotun Fenomastic paint. The branch was delivered with zero disruption and handed over on schedule to Arab Bank's stringent corporate architectural guidelines.
