C2 Towers Development, Al Bateen

Located in the prestigious Al Bateen marina district of Abu Dhabi, C2 Towers is a signature twin-tower residential landmark. Rayan Group partnered with Ayat Contracting LLC to execute the comprehensive interior architectural contracting, drywall partitions, acoustic gypsum ceilings, and lobby finishes across both towers.

The scale of the development required simultaneous vertical execution across 44 cumulative levels. Rayan Group deployed over 180 skilled craftsmen and engineers, implementing standardized modular ceiling layouts and high-speed laser leveling to guarantee millimeter-level perfection across all residences.
