Located on the pristine shoreline of the Saadiyat Cultural District, Mamsha Al Saadiyat is one of Abu Dhabi's most exclusive coastal residential destinations. Rayan Engineering and Contracting LLC - SPC was commissioned by White Crescent International (LPO No: SC/26-138) to execute specialized civil and architectural renovation works across a sprawling 3-bedroom luxury residence.

The project required precision leveling and application of 50mm high-performance cementitious floor screed across living areas and washrooms, creating an immaculately flat foundation for micro-cement and luxury finishes. Rayan Group's craftsmen executed wet-area surface preparations, multi-layer liquid waterproofing membranes, and architectural tile alignment.

The completed residence seamlessly merges indoor beachfront living with panoramic views of the turquoise Arabian Gulf, featuring bespoke floating vanities, minimalist ceiling coves, and premium architectural joinery that reflect Saadiyat's refined cultural aesthetic.
