The official Porsche Service Centre in Mussafah, owned and operated by Ali & Sons Holding Company, provides cutting-edge maintenance and diagnostic services for Porsche luxury sports cars and hypercars across the UAE. Following extreme weather, Rayan Engineering and Contracting was mobilized under Purchase Order No: 4500009126 (Vendor No: 382231) to carry out urgent structural ceiling rectification and facility rehabilitation.

Working in an active automotive workshop containing multi-million dirham supercars required stringent cleanliness protocols, negative-air containment, and high-bay mobile scaffolding. Rayan Group technicians dismantled water-damaged ceiling matrices, engineered corrosion-resistant structural suspension grids, and installed moisture-resistant acoustic panels.

All lighting channels, fire sprinkler alignments, and diagnostic overhead drops were fully tested and restored. The facility was handed back to Ali & Sons and Porsche management with full certification and zero operational downtime.
