Monoprix Gourmet Hypermarket — Ansam Yas Island

Rayan Engineering and Contracting was contracted by Top Rock Interiors (Order No: PODSUB-2026/0841 / Project No: J21-054) to execute extensive architectural tiling and commercial surface fit-outs for the flagship Monoprix gourmet supermarket at Ansam on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi.

Serving the affluent Yas Island community, Monoprix demanded robust commercial-grade finishes built for intensive footfall. Rayan Group installed 300x300mm non-slip vitrified floor tiles with heavy-duty epoxy grouting across retail aisles, and 700x260mm subway-style ceramic wall tiling across the artisanal French bakery, cheese counter, and organic fresh produce sections.

The project required round-the-clock coordination, dust-free containment, and seamless coordination with refrigeration and MEP contractors. The store opened on schedule, setting a benchmark for premium retail supermarket aesthetics in Abu Dhabi.
