Max Fashion Anchor Store - Al Wahda Mall

Working in synergy with HLN Technical Services LLC and Landmark Group, Rayan Group completed the turnkey interior fit-out for the flagship Max Fashion anchor store in Al Wahda Mall, Abu Dhabi. Spanning over 45,000 square feet, the anchor store is one of the busiest retail spaces in the UAE capital.

Rayan Group executed extensive structural steel reinforcements, post-tensioned floor leveling, heavy-duty commercial flooring, open-plenum acoustic ceilings, and comprehensive power distribution systems. The store was delivered ahead of schedule for peak holiday shopping seasons.
