Cafe Bateel Luxury Boutique — Yas Mall Abu Dhabi

Cafe Bateel is globally renowned for luxury Arabian gourmet hospitality and artisanal confectionery. Rayan Engineering and Contracting partnered with Top Rock Interiors (Order No: PODSUB-2024/0944 / Project No: J20-005) to execute the specialized architectural interior contracting for the signature Cafe Bateel boutique at Yas Mall in Abu Dhabi.

The interior architecture demanded intricate multi-layered gypsum ceiling engineering, integrating organic curved bulkheads, continuous warm LED covelights, and 60x60cm decorative aluminum ceiling panels. Rayan Group erected fire-rated Gypline partitions with heavy-gauge GTI suspension systems, cement board linings for wet prep zones, and high-strength floor screeds.

The boutique features handcrafted fluted walnut paneling, bespoke brass display showcases for luxury dates and chocolates, plush emerald velvet dining booths, and terrazzo flooring. All works complied rigorously with Aldar mall management safety protocols and were delivered ready for successful public inauguration.
