Al Qua School Educational Infrastructure & Paving

Rayan Group collaborated with PASCO to deliver large-scale external civil infrastructure and paving works for the newly developed Al Qua School campus in the Al Ain / Abu Dhabi region. The project serves thousands of students with safe, durable, and aesthetically designed campus outdoor facilities.

Rayan Group executed precision earthworks, aggregate sub-base compaction, laser-guided interlock placement, stormwater drainage culverts, and anti-slip rubberized play surfaces. All work was handed over with zero defect notices and full regulatory compliance.

ENGINEERING & EXECUTION HIGHLIGHTS

  • Over 35,000 sq.m of high-density vibrated concrete interlock paving installed
  • Heavy-duty bus drop-off lanes and shaded student pedestrian arterial walkways
  • Subsurface stormwater drainage trenches and high-load traffic kerbing
  • Full compliance with Abu Dhabi Department of Education & Knowledge (ADEK) safety codes
