Abu Dhabi Art Pavilion — Manarat Al Saadiyat

Abu Dhabi Art at Manarat Al Saadiyat is the UAE capital's premier modern and contemporary cultural fair, bringing together blue-chip international art galleries, curators, and collectors from around the world. Rayan Group (Sole Proprietorship L.L.C.) was contracted by Map Out Decor Technical Services LLC (LPO.MOD.0022025 / Ref: REC-QTN-44029) to construct the monumental gallery pavilions.

The project demanded ultra-rigid structural partition engineering capable of supporting heavy framed museum artworks and sculptures. Rayan Group erected over 440 square meters of 30cm double-frame single-layer gypsum wall systems with heavy-gauge steel studs, precision acoustic jointing, and multi-stage Fenomastic smooth matte paint finishing.

Working within the historic Manarat Al Saadiyat exhibition halls under strict timeline constraints, Rayan Group delivered the entire pavilion network within a record 6-day turnkey turnaround, achieving flawless verticality and zero-shadow lighting planes for international art exhibitors.
